The Pre-K teachers at Hill City Elementary School are rejuvenating the outdoor classroom.
They will cleanup and repair the existing structure, butterfly garden, and vegetable garden. The outdoor classroom was established in 2004 with the help of Keep Pickens Beautiful. KPB provided grant funds of $300.00, which will be used to purchase needed plants, seeds, soil, and tools for the project. This project will be a good learning tool for these young students.
